How Our Comprehensive Project Services Work

For larger projects, certain design aspects such as electrical, plumbing, and heating layouts must be produced before the tendering process. These designs ensure that all technical requirements are carefully considered from the start. We handle every stage, from creating detailed electrical layout schemes that incorporate lighting proposals for client approval to collaborating with local specialists for plumbing and heating specifications.

In addition to design work, we offer full contract administration, managing everything from the tendering process to post-completion services. Our goal is to oversee your project from start to finish, ensuring that every element is expertly handled, allowing you to focus on the end result.

For larger projects, electrical, plumbing, and heating designs are essential and typically drafted before the tendering process. We collaborate with local specialists to create tailored specifications, ensuring all systems meet the project’s requirements. Electrical layouts are prepared for client approval, including lighting schemes, while plumbing and heating designs are developed as needed.

Before tendering, any building constructed before 2000 may require an asbestos survey, as per legal requirements. We work with clients to ensure this is completed and incorporated into the tender. Recommended contractors will be proposed based on your preferences, allowing you to review their completed work.

We guide the tender process, from issuing detailed drawings to selecting contractors. At least three contractors are advised for comparison, with a four-week window typically given for pricing. We work with you to ensure all contract terms, including payment schedules, liquidated damages, and timelines, are clearly outlined.

Once a contractor is selected, all parties will be notified. We then organise a pre-contract site meeting to finalise details and set expectations with the contractor, specialists, and the project team, ensuring a smooth start to the build.

We offer full contract administration, ensuring that construction is managed effectively. This includes regular site inspections, resolving any issues, and processing payments. We retain 5% of the contract value until all work is completed and approved.

Our commitment continues even after project completion. We offer a free aftercare service, ensuring that any issues that arise are promptly addressed.
